I am applying for the Frontend Software Development Engineer role at The Pokemon Company International. I am a Senior Frontend Engineer with more than 10 years of experience building production web and mobile interfaces across React, TypeScript, Angular, Web Components, React Native, design systems, and commerce-style product flows.

The role stood out because it combines high-traffic commerce, accessible customer experiences, reusable frontend architecture, and the kind of cross-functional delivery I have done across enterprise and consumer-facing platforms. At iO Digital, I designed and built a 63-component Web Components design system used across React, Angular, and Vue products, and I drove frontend architecture and UX improvements for production applications. At Lunatech, I built React and React Native products, modernized large Angular applications, and worked closely with product, design, backend, QA, analytics, and operations teams.

Outside client work, I build and maintain products that sharpen the same skills this role asks for. GrabPitik is a search-first marketplace with photographer, rider, and admin experiences, image processing, and payment integrity. AgentDock, Open Vacancy Radar, and Pipenzo are open-source Electron, React, and TypeScript projects around local AI agents, job discovery, and human-reviewable development workflows. Dutch Defend and Flits are shipped mobile products with React Native, Firebase, payments or entitlement verification, and production release ownership.

I am based in the Netherlands and would need sponsorship or relocation support for a Bellevue-based hybrid role. If The Pokemon Company International can support that path, I would be excited to bring my frontend architecture, accessibility, performance, testing, and product delivery experience to commerce experiences used by fans at global scale.
